What is the return on commissions?
Affiliates will earn a generous 15% commission on net sales you bring to us. Commissions are based on a "net sale" or "subtotal" of an order and does not include shipping and processing fees.

How do affiliates get paid for sales?
Affiliates are compensated by check on a monthly basis. Affiliates must make a total of $25 in sales before a check can be issued.

What costs are associated in becoming an affiliate?
We encourage prospects to apply for the affiliate program. It is completely free to join and there are no hidden fees or minimum sales requirements.

How can a prospect sign up to be an affiliate?
Once a prospect has completed the online application and accepted our terms and conditions, we will review the information and contact prospects with an acceptance or rejection notification. Thereafter, we will go through the initial start-up information with new affiliates.

How does a website become eligible affiliate marketing?
Though a majority of the websites will qualify for the program, we look for marketers with an ethical mindset. That being said, submit your information for review and we will notify you if you meet our requirements.

What are the responsibilities of an affiliate?
As an affiliate, one is responsible for uploading our materials (i.e. banners, links) onto their website and help generate sales.

Where should affiliates place our Banners and Links? When should they be updated?
It is ideal to place banners and links on your landing page, as well as high traffic pages on your site. Places where it is easiest for customers to view the banner/link is suggested. Since we may update our information (i.e. banner, link) at anytime, please remember to update your information constantly.

Do affiliates earn commissions on their own purchases?
At this time we do not offer commissions for personal purchases.

Are commissions debited if products are returned?
Yes. We can only offer commissions for sales that are final.

Do affiliates process orders and handle customer service questions?
No. It is our responsibility to manage all of that information. Affiliates simply help generate sales.

Can commissions be generated through telephone orders?
Although we have a dedicated customer support center, we only allow commissions to be transacted via online purchases. This allows us to guarantee sales tracking back to the affiliate and ensures a commission percentage for them.
